In its title, the group show “Autoselbstfahrer” refers to an old fashioned german expression for
bumper cars on fun fairs.
You sit in this kind of little cars which move with electricity and bump into other cars.
You are autonomous and influenced by outer impulses at the same time.
This is a mechanism which is comparable to how an artist works.
Art itself is the electricity that keeps on moving the whole thing.
